We at Legacy Land Conservancy would like to take this opportunity to announce a new protected property! Kendall Rogers of York Township, Michigan, has protected a 159-acre parcel of farmland through a conservation easement with Legacy. This is Mr. Rogers third conservation easement with Legacy and is designed to ensure that a centennial family farm remains in farming forever.
