Reichert Nature Preserve Established

Dr. Rudolph Reichert, a retired surgeon and prominent member of the Ann Arbor community, donated 92 acres of land to Legacy. Weidmayer Farmland to Remain Undeveloped!

Neil Weidmayer recently protected 90 acres of farmland in Freedom Township with Legacy Land Conservancy! Protecting this acreage was a priority because it is considered “prime farmland” and “farmland of local importance” by USDA and the Natural Resources & Conservation Service.
