Protecting & Preserving Land in southern Michigan Donate Today
Knowing the names of plant species at Sharon Hills Preserve as a result of the plant survey I conducted this year has deepened both my connection to the Preserve and my ability to learn what it needs from us as land stewards.
From the very beginning of my service, Sharon Hills has been my favorite preserve. Even when I first started in January and there was no green life to be seen, I knew. I had felt the land reaching for me and pulling me in like it wanted attention.
