Dan is the Director of Real Estate at ITC Holdings Corporation. In this role, he and his team are responsible for acquiring the real property rights necessary to support ITC’s high voltage electric transmission projects. This consists of easements for transmission lines and land for substations, across eight states in the Midwest. He is also responsible for providing expert witness testimony, developing and managing budgets and minimizing exposure and risk on real estate projects.

Outside of work, Dan is active in his community, serving on the Webster Township Board as a Trustee since 2019. He’s also served on the Dexter Area Fire Department Fire Administration Board since 2010, currently as Secretary. Dan is passionate about protecting the environment and land conservation. Dan has been a long time Legacy Land Conservancy supporter. He has also been an advocate for the successful Farmland & Open Space Preservation program in Webster Township. Dan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources, in Environmental Design and Policy. He holds a State of Michigan Real Estate License.
