Full of thanks

In this time of giving thanks, Legacy has much to be thankful for as we reflect upon the past year. We are thankful that the land protection log jam amplified by the pandemic has finally broken free, and we are especially thankful for the continued generosity of our supporters! The devotion of Legacy volunteers, partners, and donors over the years is truly inspirational and has been instrumental in our success. May the bounty of the season fill your heart and home. And, from the Legacy Land Conservancy family to yours – Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving

Legacy staff is thankful for…

Diana – This year I have two things that stand out for me.  First, I find myself extremely grateful and humbled by the support of others.  Whether it was friends, family and colleagues that lifted me up during a few health issues, the support Legacy’s staff provided to each other at times of stress, or the kindness of donors that stepped up just when we needed them…each moment made me grateful and very thankful. And second, the beauty of nature brought me peace…just when I needed it all year long.

Kyler – This year I am truly thankful for my family; for my parent’s health as they recover from Lyme disease and skin cancer surgeries, for my partner and pets for the love we share every day, for my sister as she grows and finds new career opportunities, and for my brother and his wife as they welcomed my new favorite family member, my niece Rozalia, to the world in late September.
